Overview
All items are inspected upon return by our Returns team. Returned jewellery and accessories must be unworn and not modified or altered. Removing the attached tag or wearing the jewellery is your acceptance of the item.
If any items are found to have been worn or damaged without prior notice, the refund request will be cancelled and the item returned to the customer.
In the unlikely event that there is a defect with your jewellery when you receive it, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods but you must notify us immediately of receipt of delivered goods.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return of earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights if the earrings are defective upon receipt.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to refund you within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Service team via email or a contact form, and provide the following information:
- Full name or email address on the order
- Order number
- The reason you would like to return the item
If you initiate a return by email or a contact form, our Customer Service team will get back to you. Please do not send items sent back to us without first requesting a return as it will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Goods which are not damaged or faulty and are returned to us in resalable condition must be returned at your expense. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, and therefore we recommend using an insured postal service/courier.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
How To Return An Item
When returning items to us, please ensure the item you wish to return, is unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging provided. Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Damages
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrived defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
Within 8 hours of item delivery, you must notify any damage or defects on delivered products to Magnotique. You must attach a photo clearly showing the broken/defective items and describe the problem(s) with the item(s). Returns will not be accepted if you haven’t sent notification of damage or defect within 8 hours of delivery.
