When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Shipping and processing times vary depending on the contents of your order. Orders are typically shipped within 6 to 8 working days after they are placed.

Individual shipping estimates for each product in your order will be provided in your order confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost? 

Our shipping rates are carefully calculated according to the weight of your order and its destination. You will see the corresponding shipping charges during checkout before completing your purchase.

Where can I find my tracking number?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. The tracking number will be provided in a separate email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated before verifying the status of your shipment.

The estimated shipping times provided are calculated based on average shipping durations. These estimates are measured in working days and exclude weekends and holidays. Lost parcel:

If you encounter any issues with delivery or tracking, the most efficient solution is to reach out to the shipping company directly. Occasionally, couriers may prematurely label shipments as ‘delivered’ or may need further details from you to finalise delivery.
