Delivery options may vary depending on your delivery address and when you place your order. We’ll show you all the available delivery methods for your address at checkout. During busy periods, delivery cut-off times may change.
Double-check the delivery address at checkout as we’re unable to change the address once an order has been placed.
We currently only deliver within the UK. If you do not reside in the UK, fret not! We encourage you to reach out to our dedicated customer service team for personalised assistance. We’re committed to making sure that everyone has access to our products, regardless of their location.
UK Standard Delivery
- Cost: £3.99; FREE on orders over £50
- Delivery timeframe: delivery is within 3-5 working days* (Monday – Saturday, excluding Public Holidays).
UK express Delivery
- Cost: £4.99; FREE on orders over £50
Delivery timeframe: delivery is within 2 working days* (Monday – Saturday, excluding Public Holidays).
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Shipping and processing times vary depending on the contents of your order. Orders are typically shipped within 7 working days after they are placed.
Individual shipping estimates for each product in your order will be provided in your order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where applicable.
Where can I find my tracking number?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. The tracking number will be provided in a separate email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated before verifying the status of your shipment. If you haven’t received your tracking details, please feel free to message us.
Estimated shipping times:
The estimated shipping times provided are calculated based on average shipping durations. These estimates are measured in working days and exclude weekends and holidays. Should your order not arrive within the estimated shipping period, or if you have any additional inquiries regarding shipping, please reach out to: info@magnotique.com
Lost parcel:
If you encounter any issues with delivery or tracking, the most efficient solution is to reach out to the shipping company directly. Occasionally, couriers may prematurely label shipments as ‘delivered’ or may need further details from you to finalise delivery.

Magnotique is not responsible for any duties and taxes associated with international shipments. To determine whether you will incur duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. Duty-free package thresholds are established by local customs authorities.
